Wild Rose Caregivers are matched with their client’s personality based on our pre-assessment process. We support and encourage our staff to get to know the client and their family, striving to build solid, friendly and trusting relationships with them.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, bonded and fully insured. We do complete CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) checks, safety assessments as well as obtain driver abstracts, etc. as required. We provide:
- Companions to visit in the facility, go on outings with, have coffee/tea, play games etc..
- Health Care Aides to assist with medications bathing and toileting on outings or appointments
- LPNs for clients who require post surgical care at home or for assistance in long term care facilities
- RNs for assessments or assistance with medially complex clients
We also provide individualized training specific to each new client based on their health conditions and interests. Wild Rose Caregivers Ltd. assists to plan a productive program for each client with their well being and safety at the highest of priority.
Wild Rose Caregivers Ltd. supports our staff in furthering their education in order to be able to support a more wide range of our client's needs. We are always updating our internal training and recommending post-secondary institutions.
